Q: What areas do you cover?

A: Eastbourne and surrounding areas.

Q: What is your minimum visit time?

A: One hour. But shorter calls will be considered as part of a larger package. Please contact us to discus it.

Q: Will I see the same person?

A: We are a very small team so you will be guaranteed excellent continuity.

Q: Do you have any hidden charges?

A: No. When we set up your service with you, all charges will be discussed and agreed with you.

Q:  Will my visits always be at the same time?

A: Yes. Your visits will be agreed, scheduled and will not be changed without discussing it with you first.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We charge full price for visits cancelled without 24hrs notice and half price for less than 48hrs. Complete cancellation of the service requires 7 days notice.

Q: Is there an up front charge?

A: There is a deposit of 10% of your weekly invoice payable prior to starting the service. This amount is deducted from your final notice.
